Kalamaki Court comprises of private holiday rental villas set in secure, gated, landscaped grounds with two spacious swimming pools, which is the perfect place to relax & soak up the wonderful sunshine!

The complex includes one bedroom villas and two bedroom villas. Each villa is split over 2 levels with the open plan living & kitchen area on the ground floor & the bedrooms on the first floor.
The one bedroom villa can comfortably accommodate 2 persons. It consists of two floors. The private front door entrance on the ground floor leads you to a fully fitted modern kitchen and dining area and an open plan living room area with sofa, coffee table & patio doors providing direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The large patio measuring 8 square meters includes a table & seating for outdoor dining as well. On the first floor you will find an open plan bedroom with double bed, large built-in wardrobes, a main bathroom with bath/shower, sink & toilet and double patio doors that open to a large, 10 square meter balcony with seating & table for relaxing evening drinks!
The two bedroom villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. It consists of two floors. The private front door entrance leads you to a fully fitted modern kitchen and dining area, WC (which includes toilet and sink) and a comfortable open plan living room area with sofa, coffee table, TV & storage with patio doors providing direct access to the garden & swimming pool. The large 10 square meter covered patio is ideal for outdoor dining and features table & chairs. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed with large built-in wardrobes and patio doors that open to a 10 square meter balcony with table and chairs. The second bedroom features twin beds with large built-in wardrobe and patio doors that open to a 10 square meter balcony with table and chairs. Then on this floor there is the main bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
Kalamaki Court provides friendly and inviting common & sunbathing areas designed to create an ideal platform for chilling, reading your book or sharing your travel highlights with other guests! A BBQ area is also available for a night in where one can prepare a meal or experiment with local produce!
The villas are positioned overlooking the two large swimming pools & around the sunbathing areas with sun loungers & umbrellas. Also one has one’s own private areas if preferred around the landscaped grounds & to the front & back of the individual units, as seen in the site plan.
Kalamaki Court located in the friendly holiday resort Kalamaki on the Greek Island of Zakynthos, set in the peaceful countryside amongst olive groves, only a short walk to the centre of the resort and beautiful crystal clear waters of the Kalamaki beach.
Traditional charm
Kalamaki is on the south-east coast of Zante, just a couple of kilometres from the airport. It’s charming laidback atmosphere plus a first-rate beach make it a very popular resort & location.
A long stretch of beach
The long stretch at Kalamaki does a kind of beach-share with neighboringLaganas, so once you’ve gone through the 3 kilometres here, there’s plenty more sand to go round. The sea stays nice and shallow, so it’s great for kids. The famous CarettaCaretta turtles like to breed here, too, so if you’re lucky you’ll see one or two out about in the water.
Close to Zante Town
Fifteen minutes by bus and you’re in Zante Town, with its pavement cafes, designer shops and airy museums. It’s quite small for a capital so you’ll easily get round the place in a day. If you follow the narrow streets to the top you’ll find a fortress surrounded by a wood. And there’s always time for a glass of ouzo back at the quayside.
